These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of driolkyovricnotfysne.sbs and all analytical content, curriculum materials, model libraries, and associated services provided by the Company. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the Company under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Platform Access and Use

The Platform is provided for analytical and educational purposes relating to implied volatility surface analysis. Users are permitted to access and engage with Content for personal, non-commercial analytical development purposes only. Any access to the Platform for commercial resale, redistribution, or competitive intelligence gathering is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access without notice where use is inconsistent with these terms.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to the Platform is available to individuals who are at least eighteen years of age and who are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. By accessing the Platform, the user represents and warrants that they meet these eligibility requirements. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate access where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where a misrepresentation is discovered.

Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions outside Australia are solely responsible for ensuring that their access and use of the Platform complies with all local laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is appropriate or lawfully accessible in all jurisdictions. Access from a jurisdiction where the Content would be prohibited is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk and initiative.

User Responsibilities

Users are expected to engage with the Platform in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner. The following responsibilities apply to all users regardless of access format, curriculum track enrolled, or duration of engagement with the Platform. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice and without refund of any fees paid for curriculum access.

  • •

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. Account access must not be shared with any third party. The user is solely responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, whether or not that activity was authorised by the user. Any suspected unauthorised access to an account should be reported to the Company immediately through the contact page available on the Platform.

  • •

The user is responsible for ensuring that any information submitted to the Company — including registration details, contact information, and billing data — is accurate, complete, and current at the time of submission. The user must notify the Company promptly of any change to submitted information that may affect the delivery of curriculum services, communications, or billing. The Company accepts no liability for service disruptions arising from inaccurate user-submitted information.

  • •

The user is responsible for the technical environment through which they access the Platform, including the device, operating system, browser, and internet connection used. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be accessible through all device types or browser configurations, and accepts no responsibility for access difficulties arising from user-side technical limitations. The user is responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on their own devices and network connections.

  • •

The user is responsible for independently verifying any analytical conclusions drawn from engagement with Platform Content before applying those conclusions to any financial decision or professional activity. The Platform provides analytical frameworks for educational purposes only. The user acknowledges that analytical methods discussed on the Platform carry inherent limitations and that no analytical outcome is assured by engagement with the curriculum. Past analytical learning does not guarantee future market results.

Key Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Defined terms are used consistently across all sections of this document and are intended to be read in their defined sense wherever they appear, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form. Where context requires a different interpretation, that interpretation shall be the narrowest one consistent with the plain meaning of the defined term as set out below.

The term Company refers to the legal entity operating driolkyovricnotfysne.sbs and providing the analytical curriculum, model library, practitioner articles, and all associated platform services described in these Terms and Conditions. The Company is registered and operates under the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and is subject to applicable Australian legislation including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law.

The term Platform refers to the website accessible at driolkyovricnotfysne.sbs, including all pages, sections, curriculum modules, annotated model libraries, practitioner commentary, quantitative lab materials, downloadable resources, and any other content or functionality made available to users through the Driolkyovricnotfysne, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile device, or any other compatible interface now existing or subsequently developed.

The term User refers to any individual or entity that accesses the Platform in any capacity — including visitors who have not registered, individuals who have completed registration but not enrolled in a curriculum track, enrolled participants in any access format, and institutional representatives accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation. These terms apply equally to all categories of user unless a specific provision states otherwise.

The term Content refers to all written curriculum materials, annotated model notebooks, quantitative frameworks, surface analysis articles, reference glossaries, practitioner commentary, video materials where provided, downloadable datasets, calibration code, assessment briefs, and any other material published on the Platform by the Company or its contributors. Content does not include material submitted by users through contact forms, feedback mechanisms, or any other user-generated submission channel.

Prohibited Uses

The following categories of use are expressly prohibited on the Platform. This list is not exhaustive, and the Company reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion that any use not explicitly listed constitutes a prohibited use where that use is inconsistent with the purpose and integrity of the Platform. Users who engage in prohibited conduct may have their access terminated immediately and may be subject to legal action where applicable.

  • •

Reproducing, copying, distributing, or republishing any portion of Platform Content — including written curriculum modules, annotated model notebooks, calibration code, practitioner articles, or reference materials — without the prior written consent of the Company. This prohibition applies regardless of the medium through which reproduction or distribution occurs, including print, digital republication, social media sharing of substantive excerpts, and incorporation into third-party commercial products.

  • •

Using the Platform or any Content accessed through it for the purpose of developing, training, or improving any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, large language model, or automated content generation tool — whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. The Company does not consent to the use of Platform Content as training data for any automated system, and any such use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and an infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights.

  • •

Accessing the Platform through automated means — including web scrapers, bots, crawlers, data extraction scripts, or any other automated tool — without the prior written authorisation of the Company. Automated access that exceeds normal human browsing patterns, that systematically retrieves Content in bulk, or that places disproportionate load on Platform infrastructure is prohibited regardless of the purpose for which the retrieved Content is intended to be used.

  • •

Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature, access control mechanism, digital rights management system, or authentication process implemented on the Platform. This includes attempting to access curriculum content or model library materials without valid enrolment credentials, attempting to recover or reconstruct protected content from cached data, and any other technical means by which access controls are bypassed or undermined.

  • •

Using the Platform or any Content accessed through it to represent to third parties — including clients, employers, regulators, or the general public — that the user holds a regulated financial qualification, licence, or professional authorisation that they do not in fact hold. Completion of the analytical curriculum does not confer any regulated credential, and misrepresentation of the nature of Platform Content as a regulated qualification is prohibited and may constitute a breach of applicable Australian law.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Content published on the Platform is the intellectual property of the Company or of the respective contributors who have licensed it to the Company for publication. This includes but is not limited to written curriculum modules, analytical frameworks, annotated model notebooks, calibration code, practitioner articles, reference glossaries, surface datasets, and any other material made available to users through the Platform. No Content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used as the basis for derivative works without the prior written consent of the Company. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and engage with Content solely for their own personal analytical development purposes during the period of their enrolment or authorised access. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of Content and terminates automatically upon the expiry or termination of the user's access to the Platform.

User-Submitted Content

Users may submit content to the Company through contact forms, feedback mechanisms, assessment submissions, or other communication channels made available on the Platform. By submitting content, the user represents that the submitted material does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, does not contain unlawful material, and does not violate any applicable law or regulation. The Company does not actively moderate user submissions prior to receipt but reserves the right to delete or disregard any submission that violates these terms or that the Company determines at its sole discretion to be inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Platform.

Rights in Submissions

By submitting content to the Company through any channel available on the Platform, the user grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate the submitted content into Platform operations, curriculum development, and internal quality improvement processes. The Company will not publish identifiable user submissions externally without the user's prior consent. Anonymous or aggregated feedback may be used without restriction for internal improvement purposes.

Privacy and Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information submitted through or collected by the Platform is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Users are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information to the Company. By accessing the Platform, the user acknowledges and accepts the data handling practices described in the Privacy Policy as it may be updated from time to time.

Dispute Resolution

The Company encourages users to contact the platform team in the first instance if a concern arises regarding these Terms and Conditions or the user's experience on the Platform. Many concerns can be resolved promptly through direct communication without recourse to formal dispute resolution processes. Users may submit concerns through the contact page available on the Platform, and the Company will endeavour to respond within ten business days of receipt.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Content provided through it are offered on an as-is and as-available basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruption. No warranty is given that Content is accurate, complete, or current at all times. The user assumes full responsibility for any reliance placed on Content accessed through the Platform.

No Financial Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial product advice, investment advice, or any other form of regulated financial service under Australian law. Analytical Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Users seeking financial advice tailored to their individual circumstances should consult a licensed Australian financial services professional. Past analytical performance does not indicate or guarantee future market outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Australian law, the Company excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from access to or use of the Platform or reliance on any Content published on it. This exclusion applies regardless of whether the loss or damage was foreseeable and regardless of whether the Company had been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage arising.

User Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, contributors, employees, and authorised agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from the user's access to or use of the Platform, any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the user, any misrepresentation made by the user in connection with their access to the Platform, or any violation by the user of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty days of the Company's receipt of a written notice of dispute from the user, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Sydney, New South Wales, in the English language, before a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with those rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this arbitration clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm. The election to seek urgent court relief does not constitute a waiver of the right to pursue arbitration for the underlying dispute once the urgent matter has been resolved by the court. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.

Online Dispute Resolution

For users located within the European Union or other jurisdictions where online dispute resolution platforms are mandated by applicable law, the Company notes the existence of the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Users based in Australia may also have access to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman or relevant state-based consumer protection bodies where applicable to their specific circumstances. The Company's preferred first step remains direct contact through the platform's contact page before any formal process is initiated.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. The user agrees that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that is not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Nothing in these terms limits any right the user may have under non-excludable provisions of the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory legislation.

Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice where the user has breached these Terms and Conditions, where access is being used in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of the Platform, or where the Company determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the Platform. Upon termination, the user's licence to access Content ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, indemnification, liability limitation, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect following any termination of access.

Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect the user's rights or obligations — the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users through email or platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Users who do not accept revised terms should discontinue use of the Platform and contact the Company to close their account.

Severability of Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these terms to the minimum extent necessary to render the remaining provisions valid and enforceable. The severed provision shall be replaced, where possible, by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected by any such severance.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Company with respect to access to and use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, understandings, and communications — whether written or oral — between the parties relating to the subject matter of these terms. No waiver by the Company of any breach of these terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Contact the Company

Users with questions about these Terms and Conditions, the nature of the analytical curriculum offered on the Platform, or any other matter relating to their access to or use of the Platform are welcome to contact the Company. All enquiries should be submitted through the contact page available on the Platform. The Company will endeavour to respond to written enquiries within ten business days of receipt. For urgent matters relating to account security or suspected unauthorised access, users should indicate the urgency clearly in their communication.
